Starfish is a relaxed beachfront cabana where the Sea is always in view and village life unfolds all around you. Set directly along the Caribbean Sea in the heart of Hopkins Village, this two-bedroom retreat is a place to settle in, slow down, and feel part of something local and genuine.
Mornings begin on the screened porch, where ceiling fans stir the Sea breeze and the day wakes up around you. Sip coffee, watch neighbors pass by, and listen to the gentle rhythm of the water. In the afternoon, step onto the outdoor deck, stretch out on a lounger, and enjoy the sun just steps from the Sea.
Inside, the cabana is bright and welcoming, with an open-concept kitchen and living space made for easy meals, conversation, and time together. Both bedrooms are cooled with air conditioning, offering a comfortable retreat after long days in the sun.
Starfish sits right in the center of village life. Restaurants, shops, music, and friendly faces are all close by, creating the lively energy Hopkins is known for. In the evenings, you may hear music, conversation, or nearby nightlife drifting through the air. This is part of the village rhythm and adds to the authentic experience of staying here.
The beachfront is shared with a small number of other guests, including those staying in nearby rentals. Everyone is respectful of each other’s space, and the atmosphere remains relaxed and friendly.

Starfish is located at Sea Life Cabanas in the heart of Hopkins Village. Expect an authentic local experience with nearby restaurants, shops, nightlife, and welcoming neighbors. You may see other guests from Sand Dollar Loft or the neighboring beach rental, with shared spaces used respectfully by all.
Parking
Free parking is available on the property. Upon arrival, park in front of the main three-story house near the front door.
The Space
Starfish includes:
Two queen beds
Walk-in shower
Semi-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, tabletop stove, coffee maker, and utensils for four
Outdoor seating on the patio and beach
Complimentary kayaks and paddleboards are available. Please rinse and return them after use.
Good to Know
Village sounds: Music, karaoke, or dogs may be heard at night. Earplugs are provided for your comfort.
Village dogs: Please do not feed them.
Septic system: Flush toilet paper only.
Beach & Nature
Sandflies and mosquitoes may be present at sunrise and sunset. Insect repellent, light long sleeves, and keeping doors and windows closed during peak times are recommended.
Construction & Sargassum
Hopkins is a growing village, and occasional nearby construction may occur. While we don’t control these projects, we do our best to stay informed and minimize disruption. If noise becomes an issue, please let us know.
Sargassum seaweed may occasionally appear on the beach. Our team regularly rakes the area, though this is a natural occurrence beyond our control.

The exchange rate is $2 BZD to $1 USD. U.S. dollars are widely accepted. Some local businesses are cash-only, and an ATM is located at the village entrance.
