We built Verra to be the opposite.

Verra comes from vera, meaning “true.” We picked the name because we intended to live up to it. Here’s what that looks like in practice:

• No maintenance markups. You pay what the vendor charges. Period.
• One point of contact. A real person who knows your property and answers within the hour. 
• Clear monthly statements. Every dollar in and out, in plain English.
• Quarterly inspections with photos, so you never have to wonder.
• No long-term lock-in. If we’re not earning your trust, you can leave with [60 days’] notice.

Here’s what we won’t do: promise you numbers we can’t back up. Before you sign anything, we’ll give you an honest revenue estimate for your property, including what it could earn and what it will cost.
